About The Venue
Novel Tea is a tea room with inn located in the peaceful Lavender Beds. Founded by Ati Amati and Ninico Nico, the two business partners strive to make this establishment a jubilant and comfortable location for all its patrons. Whether you appreciate the finest Doman loose leaf with a bespoke novella, or a simple sugary iced tea with a cheesy romance story, we're here to make sure your pleasure is no novelty.We provide a tea room with a stage for public events, a public library with book sales, and hostel-style lodging with adventurer-friendly accommodations. All of the above are welcome to all RPers as a setting for your tales.The Novel Tea Inn is happy to work together with other neutral-aligned FCs to provide IC goods.
Food & Drink
Serving as the heart and Novel Tea's humble origins, the dining area features a fine selection of teas imported from all corners of Hydaelyn. Complete your tea experience with a variety of dishes and pastries crafted by Ati Amati. Lastly, what is dinner without a show? Novel Tea hosts a variety of public events here with their show stage.[Keep in mind these are IC prices. Please don't pay using in-game gil.]

Library
Do you prefer to have your tea in peace, away from the hustle and bustle of the dining area? Or are you just in need of a good read? Novel Tea's library contains a wide assortment of books that are available for public reading. You needn't pay to stay - as long as you treat our already-loved books with care, then you can stay and read from opening to closing.We accept book donations and trades.
Lodging
In need of a place to stay to rest your head, or just want to get away from it all for a moment? The Novel Tea Inn is happy to provide. We have a number of facilities that are especially accommodating to adventurers.
The Economy Plan is ideal for an adventurer on-the-go, in need of a fluffy bed without breaking the gil purse. For 30 gil per night, you receive one of our four bunker beds, use of our guest accommodations, and a Novella Menu breakfast per night.
The Master Suite is our private guest room, meant solely for those who wish to rest in decadence. Whether you're a couple checking in for a special occasion, or an individual that simply wants the best, this suite is for you. For 100 gil per night, you receive lodging in this private suite, use of our guest accomodations, a pot of premium tea or bottle of wine on a night of choice, and an Odyssey Menu meal per night.
First Aid Station
Need to tend to your wounds after your last encounter? The Novel Tea Inn provides a First Aid Station for guests to have their mild to moderate injuries and ailments treated. If you are feeling unwell or need to be patched up, our supply of potions, herb remedies, and first aid essentials are here to heal you up.Disclaimer: No chirurgeons are on site. If you or someone you know is experiencing a medical emergency, please consult the closest hospital. The Novel Tea Inn is not equipped for serious or fatal injuries or ailments.
Bath House & Spa
Serving as the crown at the top of the inn is our Bath House, designed with great part to Asher Vered's Hingan-honed eye. Thanks to the alchemic works of Ati Amati and Anzu Kodakumi, our unique bath system simulates natural hot springs with all the rejuvenating minerals to boot. All guests are more than welcome to soak to their heart's content.There is also an option for a premium spa package.
Premium Spa Package
For 40 gil, you may reserve an appointment for our special spa package catered to you directly from our experienced namazu staff. Novel Tea's spa treatment includes the following:- Scented wax pour

- A take-home package that includes sample sizes of the products usedIn order to respect allergies and sensitive skin, the default customization for this treatment includes unscented products. Novel Tea is a closed recruitment RP group - we're a small, close-knit group of friends and we would like to stay that way. Recruitment is done solely through word of mouth and getting to know you, so if you are interested in joining our little community, feel free to give the establishment a visit or meet some of the admins (Ati Amati or Ninico Nico) first. Friends within our Discord can enjoy a cozy crowd to do content with, RP with, and take part in our character-driven adventures. You don't have to be a member of the FC to join.While the FC itself is closed, our RP is not. Novel Tea is more than welcome to align themselves with other neutral/chaotic good FCs of the same nature and we'll be happy to do collaborations. Namely providing refreshments, books, lodging, or an entertainment venue.Novel Tea is also free to be used as a general RP location even if there's no staff around! Just keep in mind to be respectful of the implications of the IC environment, and remember that you're still technically in public. Some of our employees have pretty good ears.
